Macaron Baking Classes

Macarons are one of the most technical cookies there are!  If you are intimidated to try on your own, or have tried and run into trouble, I'm here to help!  Join me for a Macaron Baking Class in Central at The Collaboration Station!

November 9th at 2pm

All About Class:

Class Highlights:

  1. Cookie Basics: Learn the secrets to baking the perfect sugar cookies, and discover the ideal royal icing consistency for decorating.

  2. Tools and Recipes: Leave this class with all the knowledge you need to create your own cookie creations at home.  Plus links to my favorite recipes and supplies.

  3. Decorating Techniques: Master techniques such as flooding, piping, and marbling to create intricate and professional-looking designs.

  4. Take-Home Treats: You'll leave with a box of your beautifully decorated cookies, ready to showcase to your family and friends.

Who Can Attend:

This class is perfect for all skill levels, from beginners looking to learn the basics of cookie decorating to seasoned bakers wanting to add more artistic flair to their creations.  It is recommended for ages 10 and up.

What to Bring:

Just bring your enthusiasm and creativity – all cookie decorating supplies, including pre-baked sugar cookies, icing, sprinkles, and tools, will be provided.

Can just my child take the class?

We ask that all parents also attend the classes with their children under 12. For children over 12, you can drop off your child to take the class and return to pick-up in 1.5 hours.

What will I bring home?

By the end of the class, you will have created a set of gorgeous cookies ready to dry for 24 - 48 hours in their own box. I’ll send you a document with links to my favorite supplies so you can begin your decorating journey at home. And of course, you’ll have new skills, memories, and fun!

Can I sign up as an individual or as a group?

You can sign up either as an individual, with a friend, or with a whole group. The more the merrier! We are limited to a total of 10 seats per class, so definitely sign up ASAP!

I signed up for a class but can't make it?

We understand that life happens so that’s why we allow you to cancel up to 5 days before the class. You can always transfer your spot to a friend though (and what a nice friend you are). Any cancelation after the 5 days will be a class credit redeemable for up to 1 year from the credit issue date.
